You configure online
Choose width, finish, and modules on the product page. The price is final — what you see is what you pay. Add Work, Play, or Sleep to your package; mix and match across all three.
Most condos take one of each. Some want two Work Walls (home office + spare room). The configurator handles it.
Site measure
A DESIO measure technician visits your unit, confirms wall conditions, measures to the millimeter, photographs the install path, and finalizes outlet locations. Deposit credits toward your order.
If your walls or HVAC make a clean install impossible, we'll tell you on the spot and refund the deposit.
Installation day
Two installers arrive with everything pre-cut and pre-finished. They wall-mount the panels into studs, place the desk/console/bed, set the lighting, and clean up. You're using it that evening.
Dust-free, construction-free, no drywall cut. Existing outlets are brought forward through matched cover plates. Your space is left clean.
Designed for your condo, finished in a single visit.
Panels mount cleanly to your existing walls. Options are planned before fabrication, cover plates are matched where needed, and the room is left clean and ready to use.
